Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
No. We have a few rooms available in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?
$4095-5150 for our Assisted Living apartments - ranging from Studio - Large one bedrooms with walk-in closets and bathrooms.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
2 full-time on-call 7 days a week nurses, 2 full-time med techs every shift, 4 care partners for Assisted Living full-time, every shift, full-time on-call resident care manager.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We adhere to strict guidelines and laws as per the state of Oregon https://www.oregon.gov/DHS/SENIORS-DISABILITIES/SPPD/APDRules/2020-01-01%20Temp%20411-054.pdf
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have two full-time life enrichment directors, who help with that transition, we also have welcoming care partners who go the extra mile to welcome someone new.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, and we help schedule rides to doctors' appointments -via ridesource- if family is unable to accommodate.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
Restaurant-style dining, many choices from the menu~
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
We have a drop box for the director to address, every month we have a resident council meeting as well. The director Robert Moore conducts this and takes questions and concerns seriously. We also have an RCC in our assisted living who responds quickly.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Families are notified of any change of condition, we believe in open communication with families. In addition, Our residents also have their own phone or can use the community phone.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Yes, $250 per day.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
YES. We love how pets make a resident feel!
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
YES.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes.
