One-Bedroom Apartments Pricing
Our one-bedroom apartments are priced between $5150-$5500. We do have a one-time community fee of $8,000 for single occupancy that comes back into our community. We also do allow small dogs or cats, with a pet fee of $75 per month.
Community Fee and Care Costs
The community fee is paid on an available unit. Care is based upon a point system and individual care needs. The starting price for care is $740, then goes up or stays the same based upon an evaluation done by our Resident Care Director and the resident's individual care needs.

Wait List and Availability
We do have a Wait List for 1-bedroom apartments; it is usually 4 months minimum. We will be having a 1-bedroom apartment available sometime soon.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation for the residents. We have a concierge service available at $55 per hour that can assist with appointments and errands. Coordination is directly with the concierge. We also provide a doctor shuttle on Thursdays within a five-mile radius and a grocery shuttle on Wednesdays, both requiring advanced sign-up.
Dining Room Hours and Meals
Our dining room is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and Lunch and Dinner from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Meals are included.
Rental and Utilities
We are a month-to-month rental community. Utilities are included except for telephone. Cable and internet are provided in the apartments. Pendants for paging caregivers are available for rent at $55 per month.
Costs
Our one-bedroom apartments range from $5150 to $5500. There is a one-time community fee of $8,000 for single occupancy, which is reinvested into our community. A pet fee of $75 per month is applicable for those with small dogs or cats.
Care Services
The community fee is payable upon unit availability. Care services are based on a point system and individual needs, starting at $740. Our Resident Care Director evaluates each resident to determine care levels. We can assist with showers, dressing, toileting, escorts, safety checks, and medication management, among others. Certain services, like two-person transfers and managing injections or catheters, are not covered under our care license.
Facility and Security
We do not offer respite stays or short-term accommodations. Our doors are electronically secured, closing at 8:00 PM and reopening at 8:00 AM, with camera surveillance for added security.
Staff and Communication
Our staff, including LPNs and CNAs, undergoes continuous training. The General Manager provides updates through weekly fireside chats and communicates with residents and their families as needed, including through mailings with invoices or direct delivery to residents' doors.
Health and Safety
We hold vaccine clinics in October to ensure the health and safety of our community.
