Visited Urgent Care for my ten year old daughter, registration was quick and easy, they collected my co-pay up front so I will not get a bill later. The nurse was attentive and made my daughter feel comfortable. Jodell, the provider was very thorough and followed up with me later that day to confirm test results. She even did a little research about a non-related question I had regarding my daughter during our visit. I will continue to visit MCHS and appreciate the friendly employees who help us.

Expect long waiting time in the ER. Two people left waiting for their diagnosis while we are going on our 4th hour waiting for diagnosis.

I slipped and fell when working and dislocated my shoulder at 2am and want to the emergency room, and the staff was very nice. The Doctor and nurses were great, he popped my shoulder back in place and I was out of there by 5:30am.

I called in about 6 weeks ago to see about getting on a list for a covid vaccine. I was transfered to a nurse with an attitude who either was having a bad day or doesn't like her job very well. I was told I'd probably have to wait until the end of March. I asked about getting put on a list and she said they don't have a list. I asked should I just keep calling in? and I was told No. So I asked how can I get a shot? I was told watch Facebook or listen to the radio. Well I'm not on Facebook and as far as I know there isn't a radio station in Watford city. She could not have cared less.Fortunatley Anova clinic in town is giving out shots. And they are more than willing to help.

MANAGEMENT below average if I could give you no stars I would. This place a complete shame. You never see them and if you have a concern for family members they are never there. DON has no people skills and is inconsiderate of families feelings. It’s a shame what the atmosphere has became.

Such a fantastic and modern facility! Registration staff were extremely friendly and helpful and got me where I needed to be quickly. Had bloods taken by a nice friendly lab tech and got the results the same day which was refreshing. Can’t rate the hospital highly enough. Everyone was courteous and I didn’t have to wait at all. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

My wife and I have been to many hospitals in Ga, Fl, and ND due to her health. The ER staff and Dr’s (Dr. Brandt in particular) as well as the Sanford Clinic’s staff (CPN Jessica Heggen) have gone above and beyond in their care for my wife. This is top 2 best hospital systems in their care and professionalism.

I've gone to Urgent Care at this new facility twice now, and both times I came away completely satisfied with the care I received. Free Keurig coffee in the Urgent Care waiting room, which is something I've never experienced before. The facilities are clean, and almost brand new. PA Hodges, is a nice man--good bedside manner and very thorough in his care, with more than adequate medical training and diagnosis capabilities. I can only speak to cost, as it relates to my BCBS Healthcare plan, but so far I've only been charged $30.00 co-pays on both visits, and I've walked in both times. Waiting time to exit was only about an hour. Also, went to Family Practice and saw Dr. Janice Green, who treated me kindly and with respect and took care of my particular ailment that day just fine. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate for a minute in recommending this facility and the people who work there.
