Mason Pointe offers two Entrance Fee options. With Option A, you pay a 95% Refundable Entrance Fee and a Monthly Service Fee determined by the floor plan you select. Under Option B, you can lower your Monthly Service Fee by choosing the 50% Refundable Entrance Fee.
A monthly credit will be available to you should you make a permanent move to a licensed level of care and permanently vacate your independent living residence.
