Old facility Broken furniture, old everything. 3 nice aids, but no training. No nurse on staff. Owner Sandy takes the money, son is in charge of maintenance? Daughter does the books? So when they tell you the staff/patient ratio, that includes everyone and the cook. Everyone sits in 1 small room all day with the tv on. Manhandled from seat to wheelchair to bed. Bingo or kicking a ball around the same room is the entertainment. Food is on a menu, but not what they serve. McDonalds would be 5 steps up. All walkers and wheelchairs were left from dead patients. Can’t even put foot rests on chairs. Easier to just drag them on the ground. Takes 30-60 minutes to clean pee off the floor. Not one person will do anything without Sandy’s permission. I love reading she, her family and workers are the ones who gave the good reviews. Biggest heartbreak watching family member die in a place like this. Feel guilty I believed the promises Sandy said. They take the money and provide minimum.
