Assisted LivingWe offer a unique assisted living experience at Maple Springs, perfect for seniors who want to maintain their independence but could benefit from some extra help. We provide the perfect level of care needed for each resident to flourish and triumph in this new phase of life, all within a friendly, warm and home-like environment.
Memory CareAt Maple Springs Memory Care, we provide all of the Assisted Living services but also include a specialized Dementia/Alzheimer’s program designed to meet the individual resident where they are in the disease process. This allows our residents to age in place and receive the care they need as their condition changes. As our residents participate in more activities, they will be more engaged during the day, sleep better and have improved overall behavior. We prioritize security, stimulus and dignity for our residents!
Skilled NursingThe Maple Springs Skilled Nursing Facilities will offer two primary services. Transitional/Post-Acute Care focuses on rehabilitating residents so they can eventually be discharged to either home or a lower level of care, such as Assisted Living. Long-Term Care focuses on providing care for residents with chronic health conditions and limited mobility. Many residents in Assisted Living Facilities exceed the acuity limits of what is safe for them to handle, and are unable to live safely at home as a result.
