A little bit about us
Magnolia Place is a warm, welcoming community that is purposefully designed for older adults. Our community is in Roswell, off Mansell Road near Stoney River. Our beautiful Personal and Memory Care community will help residents reach new heights in life.
We strive to meet and exceed your expectations with our responsive management team. I can’t wait to introduce you to our Life Enrichment Director, Ali, who will be sure to individualize activity program options and introduce your loved one to someone with similar interests.
What's Included
The monthly rent includes three meals a day (with many menu options), prepared by Chef Omre and served restaurant style to each table. We also provide weekly housekeeping, weekly linen services, laundry services, scheduled transportation, all utilities including HD cable tv and wi-fi (except phone), a bountiful activities schedule, activity room, movie theater, and many more community spaces for friends and family to gather for entertaining and fellowship. Our floor plans are very large, and we will have a two bedroom coming up as well.
Levels of Care
We provide levels of care in our personal care to tailor fit your loved ones needs. From medication management to assistance with bathing or pet care, we are here to give stellar quality of care. In our Memory Care neighborhood, we provide all-inclusive care, designed to keep it simple and all-encompassing based on where your loved one is at in their dementia journey. We feature our Connections program as we believe in successful aging and that positive brain changes are possible through brain plasticity via our specialized Connect, Move, Learn program that incorporates aromatherapy and technology led by a Life Enrichment Partner 7 days per week.
Apartment Features
Each apartment has individual climate control, private bathroom with walk in shower, spacious closets, and an emergency call system which will alert the staff of an emergency there is someone available for you 24/7. We are proud of our successful partnership with Genesis Rehabilitation that is on site for all therapy needs as well for further recovery & overall health maintenance.
