As an associate here at Lynridge I can honestly say, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. All of the residents have a great relationship with each other and support one another it’s beautiful. We have some of the most caring caregivers that have been there for a few years and it shows. I feel as though I leave home to come back home everyday I walk into Lynridge and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
My Father, Al Snyder, has been a resident of Lynridge since March, 2014. He receives excellent care and has several friends among the residents. The staff is very attentive to his needs and to the needs/requests of family members. The food is above par for any institution. I recommend Lynridge, Murphy, to anyone who needs assisted living or memory care.
My mother with dementia and behavioral problems spent almost 3 years in memory care at Lynridge. Not only did the staff know how to deal with her moods and behaviors, my mother actually thrived there. The care associates got her involved in some meaningful activities, which I could never do. They knew how to distract and divert her attention when she started getting agitated or frightened. They kept her laughing and I found out that she was actually a good dancer. The food is quite good and many healthy snacks are offered throughout the day. They managed to keep her clean(no small feat as she fought showers with great conviction.) They kept her safe during the pandemic and provided Facetime almost daily. If I ever had a problem, I could go to the director and she would quickly address my concerns. One of the most professional and compassionate group of people I have met in a long time.
Both of my parents are residents at Lynridge. They have lived on the Assisted Living side, and have now progressed to the Memory Care side. The facilities are always clean, the staff is exceptionally friendly to the residents and their families, the food is delicious with variety, various activities are offered and everyone knows your name. I can rest easy at night knowing that they are cared for and safe at Lynridge. From the director, to nurses, to care associates, to the maintenance director - they are all accessible and will speak to you (and even comfort you) whenever you need them.
Working for Lynridge has been one of the BEST decisions that I have made yet. We have such a great group of caring associates and wonderful residents that live here in the community. Everyday it feels like I leave home and walk right back into my home. This is definitely a hidden gem in Murphy and I believe in the culture and core values of this community. I see it expressed daily. I look forward to many years here at Lynridge.
Being in the healthcare industry for 15+ years, I have never been a part of or seen a more caring, resident focused team of people and company. Lynridge associates go above and beyond to care for their residents and the resident's family. When I come to work, I am coming home and enjoy every minute.
I am a resident at Lynridge. I think it is a great place to be. I love it here and think everyone should move here. The administration is great and I love the activities, especially Mexican Train. I was at another place first and it doesn't even compare to Lynridge. I am very happy. Stacy Campbell is the best Executive Director in the world and I just love her. She and her staff are so sweet!
It is my great pleasure to provide a strong favorable endorsement of Lynridge Assisted Living! The secrets to success are in three areas: The building, the Lynridge Staff and the residents themselves. The building is a single-story rectangular design, with access from most apartments to beautiful courtyards! The staff is versatile and helpful. Director, Stacy, Kim, Jaqueline, Jaime, Nurse Sabrina, Zee, Crystal, Tigi, Almaz, are thoughtful staff and many more whose names I have named. Finally, my thanks to my mom, Dorothy, Kay, Miranda, Bob, Charlesie, Mary, Nancy, Jim, and many others who have made visiting residents a genuine pleasure, cause they are residents! If you want to have an enjoyable, efficient Assisted Living community give Lynridge a look!!!
The business director Hillary has no idea how to problem solve. I paid two months of rent for my dad on my debit card and three months was debited from my account $15,000 which put my account at negative $150 with no money to live off of and the ONLY options she gave me were mail me a check or credit the account for next months rent. I never heard of a merchant that can't run a credit back on to your Visa card but she really didn't care that my wife and kids basically have no money for 11 days and she wasn't going to help me with a serious problem that was caused by her....oh wait sorry she blamed it on a glitch with the computer system but we all know that Hillary was the one inputting the data in to the computer system overcharging me and draining my bank account. If she has no compassion for leaving my family broke than I question her compassion for the elderly people who reside there. In short the staff in the memory care unit do an awesome job which overules an incompetent business director.
