Trying to help others by voicing my experience as an ex-employee for LCH Seymour IN. I donated 27 years of my life to this place---and then suddenly was told by several members of upper management-- that I suck basically----making my life hell until I turned in my 2 weeks notice to quit. Didn't even let me finish out my 2 weeks notice. Told me to leave NOW. I think this tactic makes them feel so high and mighty. Great evaluations every year--yes I saved them. Birthday card in mail every year saying how blessed they were to have me. Let me go 2-22-22 and yes---I got this birthday card for my Birthday 2-9-2022. Devil's seed. Wolves in sheep's clothing. I hope Karma is real and gets all of those that wronged me there----the sooner the better...... Oh ya. And I take back the crying a begging to keep my position. It hurt so bad I almost took my life. Had me believing I was a piece of shit. Hit me at the worst 3 years of my life. Glad I didn't. Does the BOARD know what's going on there with Karyn Fleetwood and those under her????? Do they support the way they are doing their employees. This was not only a job---it was my life!!!!!!!
