LuAnn’s Place opened in 2008 after its owners cared for many of their own relatives over the years in various situations and experienced first-hand what was missing in the larger facilities; home-like environment, love, sense of belonging, consistency of staff, attention to details, fast response time, optimal staff to resident ratios, home-cooked meals, socializing, and the right to get up and go to bed as desired.
LuAnn’s Place is a must see to believe! It is a family-style assisted living home where its residents bond like sisters and staff continually exceed the expectations of its residents, families and professionals through outstanding cares, services and loving staff. It offers private bedrooms, daily living activities (ADL’s), med administration, meals, laundry, housekeeping, activities, socializing, exercise, spiritual support, and one-person transfers. The home is located in a quiet, well-established neighborhood on a large wooded lot that is frequently visited by deer, pheasants, turkeys, birds, and other wildlife. Residents and visitors truly enjoy their time spent on the deck and patio areas. At LuAnn’s Place residents are nurtured and cared for with all the love, kindness, attention, respect, understanding, compassion and patience they deserve while at the same time feeling like they have a home, family, friends and medical professionals supporting and assisting them 24/7 with all their daily needs.
