We have a diverse team of professionals, including both office and medical staff. Our medical staff is part of a separate entity known as CorsoCare. All staff members undergo comprehensive one-on-one training to ensure they meet our high standards of care and service.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
As an independent living community, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents. Our building is securely locked from the outside, though residents are free to exit as they please.
Transition Support Services
To aid residents in transitioning into our community, we provide detailed information about events, meal times, and other relevant details during tours and lease signing.
Transportation Services
Our community offers a bus service for weekly trips to the grocery store, along with other outings such as meals and movies.
Dining Experience
Our dining service offers a restaurant setting with servers. Residents have the option to choose from a variety of meals beyond the main dish.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents with complaints or issues are encouraged to speak directly with the Executive Director for resolution.
Communication with Residents' Families
As an independent living community, we maintain communication with residents' families, especially if we notice anything out of the ordinary.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do not offer short-term or respite stays.
Pet Policy
Our community is pet-friendly, welcoming cats or dogs weighing 25lbs or less. A $250 non-refundable deposit and a $300/month pet rent are required.
Vaccination Policy
Residents are responsible for their own Covid and flu vaccinations. We facilitated vaccinations during the Covid pandemic, but this service is no longer offered.
Aging in Place
Residents are able to age in place, utilizing homecare through their insurance or our onsite company, CorsoCare, available 24/7.
Availability
Currently, there is no waitlist. We have a 2-bedroom unit available, a 1-bedroom unit upcoming, and a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit also coming available soon.
