If zero stars was an option, I would give Linconwoods just that.The care was nonexistent. The food was stone cold and delivered at 9:30, 1:45 ,and 6:45. Phone calls were never returned and staff was very inattentive. The case manager was less than helpful and did not have our patients plan in place at the time of release. I would not trust this facility to care for my loved one and would encourage anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere! Very concerned for any patient in their care!
