Lincoln Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a skilled nursing community that offers many services to our long-term and short-term residents. Rehabilitation services include physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our professional nursing staff provides skilled nursing care which includes: advanced wound care, Alzheimer’s and dementia services, vacation and respite stays, and hospice care.
