I have had the pleasure of working at this facility as well as having them care for a family member. The staff made my grandmother part of their family. I could not have asked for a better team to take care of my grandma during her last days.

LCCC is a small tight knit workplace that is a pleasure to work for. Co-workers do not hesitate to help each other and bend over backward to ensure that staff do not go without. It is filled with caring individuals who treat each other and the residents and their families as if they were their own. I drive an hour + a day to get to this job when I could work closer to home but sometimes the place and people you work with, they make it worth the drive. It is a rarity in this day and age to find the quality of people that are the pillars of this facility. I consider it a privilege to work here and I am thankful every day.
