General Staff Rating
Care Staff Rating
LCCC is a small tight knit workplace that is a pleasure to work for. Co-workers do not hesitate to help each other and bend over backward to ensure that staff do not go without. It is filled with caring individuals who treat each other and the residents and their families as if they were their own. I drive an hour + a day to get to this job when I could work closer to home but sometimes the place and people you work with, they make it worth the drive. It is a rarity in this day and age to find the quality of people that are the pillars of this facility. I consider it a privilege to work here and I am thankful every day.
Alzheimer's facility. Good people that care about the patients. Many programs daily for there entertainment. More of a hospital environment but good care. Food is extra good, not institutional. Friendly helpful stuff, always accommodating. Outside area has shear and walking paths.
