Employee Reviews for Life Care Centers of America in Casper, Wyoming
2.57 out of 5 stars. Based on 7 reviews
Employees of Life Care Centers of America in the Casper, WY area have mixed opinions about their experience. Many appreciate the higher pay for LPN positions than what is offered elsewhere in town and the supportive management and team approach. However, they also cite issues with patient ratios not allowing for adequate care, central supply being stingy with stocking supplies, and some nurses pushing their workload off onto other nurses. Additionally, there has been a large amount of turnover in upper management and building management, leading to staff turnover. Employees also report a relatively high stress work environment, drama in the workplace, lack of days off, and lack of appreciation for extra shifts. Advice to management includes treating staff kindly without a temper and showing more appreciation for employees.Employee Reviews for Life Care Centers of America

I am in the process of working with Life Care on getting my loved one on Medicaid. She is in the facility now and receiving a lot of loving care, even though she is is quarantine. They were so helpful and have been on top of it when it comes to letting us know how she is doing there now. I couldn't be more pleased with the facility.
Got dismissed from life care Casper Wyoming a couple days ago. Didn't even think about checking my wallet tile today. I know for a fact that when I went into life care my wallet contained $24.00. After checking my wallet this morning I discovered I was missing the $20.00 bill!My mistake for leaving my wallet on the night stand.
