Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
Our caregiving team consists of Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and a Garden Villa Manager. They undergo monthly education requirements and staff meetings, in addition to the education required by the state to maintain their licenses and certificates.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through individualized care plans, routine assessments, a small house concept for quick and efficient care, an emergency call light system, and regular maintenance drills for fire and weather-related emergencies.
Transportation Services
We offer scheduled transportation as per our programming calendar, including a dedicated doctor day. Transportation can also be purchased for use outside of these dedicated days.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience features family dining in a home setting, scheduled meal times, and menu options for those who may not prefer the day's entrée.
Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents can speak with the Garden Villa Manager or the Executive Director (ED) to address complaints or issues. We also provide contact information for the home office, ombudsman, and the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) for additional support.

The cost of living in our community includes a community fee of $2,000 and a monthly service fee of $5,535, which is all-inclusive.
