Specialized physicians such as nephrologists, cardiologists, and pulmonologists are available for rounding, in addition to services from dental, vision, psychology, and wound care providers. For external specialist appointments, we arrange transportation to ensure comprehensive care beyond our facility.

Our commitment to excellence extends to our staff, all certified medical professionals who undergo rigorous background checks, initial training, and continuous education on the latest care policies and procedures.

Safety and Well-being of Our Residents

To safeguard our residents, all staff complete Relias onboarding, focusing on preventing abuse, neglect, mistreatment, and exploitation. Our Abuse Coordinator, Operations Manager Hunter Funkhouser, is readily available for staff to report any concerns, ensuring a prompt and protective response to any allegations.

Emergency preparedness is a priority, with plans and training drills in place to ensure staff readiness. Our social services department supports the emotional well-being of residents and families, assisting with transitions and addressing any concerns.

Living and Dining at Our Facility

We offer personalized meal planning, with menus provided in advance for family selection. Residents have the flexibility to dine in communal areas or privately in their rooms, with snacks and beverages available upon request. Accommodations for personal preferences, such as mini-fridges in rooms, are provided to make our residents feel at home.

Our social services department and administrative team are dedicated to resolving any grievances, ensuring a responsive and caring environment. Within the first week of admission, a care plan meeting introduces families to our department representatives, fostering open communication and personalized care.
