Independent Living Rates
Each Legacy community has its own unique personality and a full range of prices to meet your budget. All rates are guaranteed for 12 months following completion of an occupancy agreement. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. Add $450 per month for second occupant.

Dining Experience
Our dining experience is restaurant-style, offering 2-3 meals a day with an extensive menu, depending on whether residents live in Independent Living (IL) or Assisted Living (AL).

Residents can approach any staff member with complaints or issues. Staff members will escalate the matter to their managers if necessary.
Communication with Residents' Families
Communication with families is handled by the Director of Nursing in AL and by the marketing team or the Executive Director (E.D.) in IL. We conduct weekly staff meetings to discuss resident conditions.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do not offer short-term or respite stays, but we have a 30-day notice policy for residents who need to make changes.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are pet-friendly in IL, and in AL, we consider pets other than dogs based on the resident's ability to care for them.
Vaccinations
Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Residents can age in place with options to move to AL, utilize our Home Care and Legacy Cares services, or transition to Memory Care on the Legacy Terrace campus.
Waiting List
We maintain a waiting list for various apartment styles, with the wait time varying according to the style. Currently, the longest wait is for a two-bedroom apartment, while the shortest is for a basic one-bedroom.
