I love to work in this facility, the staff is awesome and the residents are very lovely and friendly. The residents stay entertained and very active with all the great activities provided to our residents. I feel very thankful to have the opportunity to show love and support to our residents thru out my work . I Love the Ventanas Team !
I had the privilege of meeting the staff at this facility. My father was staying in this facility till the day he passed away. The nurses and the assistant nurse were always ready to help my father in the time of need. There is a particular lady that works there that, in my eyes, goes above and beyond her call of duty. She is always ready to assist with any problem or situation that might arise. Gabriela Duron is a great person to know and have the privilege of calling " friend ". Gaby as I call her, is a person that will not leave a rock unturned until she has an answer to whatever the problem might be. She's always ready to help any resident. I could go on for a long time praising her but words don't do her justice. You must get to know her to see the generosity and kindness she has in her heart. Thank you Gabriela for always being such a great supporter of those that at one point needed your support and or help. Salvador Rosales
This place may look pretty from the outside, but inside it's a different story. Lots of patients little workers. Public Restrooms are really dirty. My family member is not well taken care of. Had to pee on himself because staff wouldn't go to him even after pressing on the button for a long time. Â Rude staff.
My grandmother recently passed away and all we want are her things back. What place requests receipts to receive my grandmother's belongings back. It is already hard not having her here and your keeping her stuff from us or is that your too afraid to admit that your staff members stayed with all her stuff, shame on this place. This place deserves 0 stars.đź’”
All the staff are very attentive to the residents. The staff create a loving and happy environment for the residents and patient and tend to each individual need to optimize personalized care. The food is good at every meal and they provide snacks at all times so no one ever has to go hungry. The building is beautiful and they keep it very clean at all times. The residents are happy in this beautiful, happy place. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs either long term care or short term care and rehabilitation.
The Las Ventanas de Socorro team has stood as strong stone pillars of faith throughout this pandemic! These essential care givers have sacrificed themselves and their families to provide care to the residents of Las Ventanas. The ever changing regulatory environment has been challenging and still the staff remain attentive, empathetic, compassionate and engaged! Thank you Las Ventanas de Socorro! Your dedication and hard work shines brightly out here in Socorro, TX! #YourNumberOneFan
