FAQs

Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

No, we do not.

Could you share pricing and any other general information?

We have a full listing of items in regards to pricing; however, this is mostly dependent on a resident's insurance plan. The vast majority of services are covered by insurance so without knowing the specific insurance, we can't really give answers to pricing.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have Nurses (LPN, RN), CNA, Therapists (OT, OTA, PT, PTA, SLP), as well as numerous physicians, and nurse practitioners who come to our center. We also have certified dietitians and food service managers, social workers, and many other licensed and certified team members. These individuals are licensed under the state and receive at minimum 12 hours of education each year in our center in addition to their requirements for licensure.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We utilize electronic medical records to be able to appropriately track our residents' health status and maintain their health. We also have significant equipment such as mag locks for center security, electronic lifts and beds, as well as many other pieces of equipment to assist the healthcare of our residents.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

Our social services department can assist in finding home health agencies, community programs, and other services as needed.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

We can assist our residents in arranging transport through their community resources.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We offer meals in room or in our dining room. In meal dining is a set menu with alternates as discussed. Our dining room offers an a-la-carte style of dining.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

We utilize grievances as a method to communicate across departments.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

In the event a resident would like their loved one notified, we notify them of any change in condition or other change that may require an alteration in treatment. We also hold quarterly care plan meetings.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

We do offer respite and/or short term stay. A private pay respite would go at our daily rate of approximately $268/day. There may be additional charges for medications.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Visitors can bring pets once we have copies of shot records. We do not allow our residents to maintain pets in our center typically, but could review on a case by case basis.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

We have them and they could receive by our team or in the community.

Are residents able to age in place?

This is typically the type of question for an ALF, CCRC, or other type of center. In our center- with the exception of a resident developing behaviors we could not manage safely or hospitalization being required- residents would not need to change center based on their level of care needed.
