Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Parts of our leadership team have been here since the building opened. They are very seasoned and know the community very well. Our CNA’s are licensed as well as our RN’s and LPN’s.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our residents have a call button in their apartments. They typically wear a pendant call button and there are emergency pull cords in their bathrooms as well.
Transition Support Services
We offer new residents an opportunity to work with a seasoned resident who assists and shows them around, helping them with activities, dining, questions, or concerns. They are given a welcome basket with resources and information as well.
Transportation Services
Our residents go shopping to local retail on Wednesday. Thursday they can be driven to doctor or dental appointments within 10 miles of the community.
Dining Experience
Residents fill out their menus and make selections the day before. Dining is in the dining room and is restaurant-style.
Resident Complaints and Issues
The resident would be advised to discuss with our Executive Director. In addition, residents have a monthly meeting in which they discuss issues or problems they are concerned with.
Cost of Living
We are supportive living, every resident will have a different rental amount. If a resident is private pay, a studio is $5,180 and a 1-bedroom is $5,825 per month.
Communication with Residents' Families
There is a platform that the family can log onto for information. Our Director of Nursing and her team discuss with the family at every point when there is an issue or concern.
Short-term or Respite Stays
No, we do not offer respite care.

Yes, we are pet-friendly, accommodating dogs, cats, and small animals.
