Staff is nice.... That said it's mediocre. Calls not returned for months after getting a referral for a service I can only get through their facility. Didn't get my pre op call to give me my surgical instructions and getting my pre op covid test they had to do. Getting questioned about inhaler refills that are clearly in medical history if they'd just open it, instead tried to get us to do more asthma testing..... Only so many options in the island unfortunately. I only go here now if I absolutely have to....

Basic rule of thumb, if your appointment is say for 9:30am, you will not be seen until 10:00am. This place is a joke as far as punctuality goes. About to walk out of my second appointment after sitting in the exam room until the end of my appointment time.

Dr. Lenny and nurse Diane in the ER provided an amazing experience after we rushed our 6yr old daughter to the ER after an unfortunate school accident with some gym equipment for the side of her mouthShe was numbed and stitched up. Bedside manner and care to a scared little girl who was hungry was wonderful.Thank you Dr. Lenny, Diane, and Peacehealth ER

the two nurses at the laboratory is the absolute worst when it comes on getting the blood from infants, i mean poking them almost 9 times and then giving up saying that the baby cried enough and should be hydrated first before coming back on another day is the most f$#+d up thing to say, i mean if your incompetent enough to handle infants, you should decline doing the task beforehand

YEAH! HOME!While its not fun to be admitted to the hospital, you can make the difference! Have a positive attitude when admitted (if at all possible). It also helps to have friends who might be willing to get you a pole for that (shudder) dance to pay for your meds (thanks Celeste, sister to my wonderful son in law!)! Or to to suggest that you run around the nurses station yelling "I'm a pony " to meds paid for (again SHUDDER)! Again Celeste (oh yes if I get in trouble I'm dragging you down with me ). And Denise Denise Hendrix Reeser, video? Bwahaha! But most of all the staff are SUPERB! Thank you Brennan and Mark. You kept my spirits up! A SPECIAL kudos to John! You made my day with your smile!! Keep it up!Thank you also to the er staff (sorry for my crankiness). You are the front runners!Kudos to Ketchikan General Hospital!
