overpriced and didn't honor promises on rates.don't return phone calls or emails.not oriented to use of technology for transparency and communication.some staff are good others very poor.laundry facilities dirty and poorly maintained.difficult to get staff to do repairs.some residents are very nice. some aren't.not enough handicapped parking.food is average.  portions are small.house keeping is spotty.elevator beaks occasionally.nursing care offered through a contractor.most residents are not active.

This is a wonderful place where everyone gets along great. Everyone is Loving and considerate.Feed 3 good meals a day with several choices for lunch and dinner. Beautiful and well maintained property with lots of mature plants and trees with flowers galore. Great retirement community. Swimming pool and 1/4 mile to a beach park. Transportation to dr, bank and stores.Maui is a great place to retire and get just the right amount of help when needed!

I was promised a $25 Amazon card for visiting your Kihei earlier this year.  It never happened.  I wonder, if you can't accomplish a simple thing like this, how can I trust you for anything else?  I don't mean to be mean, but it has been a year!  What if the sink clogs...will it take a year to have it fixed?  I'm sure you can see my point.  Otherwise, your facility was clean and in a good location, and I liked the fact you have a place at UF in Gainesville, FL..Jerry Mcdougal

I don't care how tropical or luxurious your assisted living facility is, if I cannot get answers past the second page of your website I'm going to assume,that the level of care for my loved-one will be as low priority as your basic as your administrative example.

My physical therapist, Venture physical therapy is located inside Kalama Heights. Convenient location, easy access and they have a pool you can use for therapy. You can use any of the equipment as long as you are a patient

Such a kind & caring staff, great location, beautiful building. There is a pool, the exercise facility can't be topped, they have physical therapists on staff, it's a really amazing community.

So many changes the past 6 mos.....not for the better.Also, very poor internet service. It used to be good, but it's not good now, & I doubt it will improve.

My mom in law loves this place! The people are wonderful and the food is great! She is a very picky eater and we were really worried when we first moved here there, but she says the food is so good, she hardly ever misses a meal! They have 4 choices every meal and she says all of them are great, she has hard time making up her mind which one to try. Great compliments to the Chef!
