Our facility is staffed with nurses, QMAs, and CNAs, all of whom are licensed or certified prior to being hired. Upon joining our team, they undergo an initial training session and then receive ongoing training on a monthly basis to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest in care practices.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, each individual in assisted living is provided with an emergency alert pendant and the bathrooms are equipped with emergency pull cords. Prior to moving in, all residents undergo an assessment to develop a personalized care plan. Additionally, our memory care unit is secured to safeguard our residents.
Transition Support Services
We offer comprehensive support to aid residents' transition into our community. This includes meetings with our nursing team before and on the day of move-in, an orientation session with our move-in coordinator, and an introduction to our activities and events by our activity director. Onsite therapy services and physicians are also available to meet the health care needs of our residents.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can voice their concerns through our suggestion box or during the monthly resident council meetings. Individual complaints are directed to our Executive Director for resolution.

The monthly cost for living in our community varies based on the apartment type and the services required. A detailed rate sheet is provided for prospective residents.
