They just want your money. I witnessed residents asking to go to the bathroom and staff completely ignoring them. They are super shady and even if you are there to watch over your loved one they will try to manipulate you. Be really careful there. They are super controlling and if you try to correct them they will leap down your throat. They nearly killed my mother. I repeatedly told the nurse she should be hospitalized and she ignored me saying she was fine until she was nearly dead. There is definitely something shady going on in that place. The staff is not educated at all on cleanliness either. They never mopped or wiped things down. Place is pure nasty.

I have been at Addison pointe for a year and a half now and it truly is the best job I've been at! I work with an amazing team and we help each other grow! The building is always kept clean and smelling fresh! We have an outstanding therapy team that I would recommend bringing family too! The staff go above and beyond for the residents here! It's been a blessing for me and my family as a career.

It has been an honor to work at Addison Pointe for the last five years. Our staff are some of the most hard working and caring people I know. No matter what department at the end of the day the only care about what is best for our residents. I see residents return time and time again because we have cared for them and made them feel safe at a critcal point in either their lives or lives of their loved ones. We not only care for the resident but their family too. If I had to choose a place to put my own loved one, Addison Pointe would be it because I could leave everyday knowing my loved one was receiving the best possible care.

This place should be the deciding factor on why reviews should have the option to leave ZERO stars! I am absolutely appalled at the care, or should I say lack thereof, that goes on in this facility. Leaving day’s worth of dinner/lunch trays in patients rooms. Never making the bed, even when requested. Personal items coming up missing. Other patients pills found in a room they don’t belong. Putting residents in the bathroom and never coming back for them! And when asked to do anything, the only answer every employee gives is “that’s not my job” and “oh well, we have other people to take care of”. Excuse me, what?! The facility is beautiful but the staff they have hired is extremely questionable. Coming from a family with multiple people in healthcare, maybe it’s time to clean house and start fresh. A call to state might be in the near future? Please, for your loved ones sake, do your research first.

This place is questionable. My husband's health began to deteriorate the moment he went into Addison Point. They allow his elderly mother to live there in his room. She is very abusive to my husband but to everyone else she is a charmer. She sleeps in a recliner in his room and bathes in the public restroom. She leaves for a few hours during the day so the administrators are not onto her. Now I cannot visit my husband because his mother told them to ban me. They even went so far as to call the police and have them issue me a trespassing warning. But when they need paperwork for their insurance/business office, who do they call? His wife, me. I don't know what is going on. The last time I visited my husband, he was hallucinating. I don't know if he is safe, if he is a victim of a nurse or aide? I would just like some answers.

I brought my husband here thinking he would receive adequate care. This was not the case. I had to call the nurse’s station several times to answer his call. I had several discussions with the social service director Debbie, Valerie, wound care nurse Monica and head nurse Melissa of unit 100 with no resolutions. If you tell them you’re not comfortable they say you’re refusing things.

Addison Pointe changed my life. Not only is their staff incredible, but they really care about their patients. My legs were extremely bad with cellulitis, swelling, and severe water drainage. The staff helped my legs heel quickly and the rehab staff got me on my feet and walking. They also helped get me out of my depression. They showed me how to be positive and never give up. I am so thankful to them. I believe they saved my life.

Our family was very happy with Addison Pointe. Our dad was there for several weeks, he did not have any complaints. We found the staff was very patient, kind and caring. Anytime we had questions or concerns they were answered in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. It felt as if Addison Pointe took good care of my dad like he was one of their family members.

This place is heaven sent! After over 10 years of two other nursing homes (which included uncleanliness, and constant worrying over my brother's lack of care and attention), this facility is a godsend. I would compare it to an elegant hotel except with the added attention to detail with his care. The director truly cares about and interacts personally with the residents, the nursing care is stellar, and the rooms are immaculate. And the social activities are designed to really involve the residents. On top of all of this, with the expertise of the speech therapist, my brother is now eating again!! Thank you, Addison Pointe.

I love the staff at Addison. My mom is well taken care off there, and the facility is very clean compared to others I have seen. There are times that staff can not attend to a patient as quickly as we would like, but they have many residents to care for in each unit. I know they try to the best of their ability to treat each patient as quickly as possible. I also know how good they are from having had to stay there myself. The only recommendation I could make is switch up the menu, to make it more appealing to your residents. Love and appreciate you all!
