Employee Reviews for Premier in Johns Creek, Georgia
3.25 out of 5 stars. Based on 4 reviews
Employees of Premier in the Johns Creek, GA area generally have positive things to say about their experience. Many praise the LPN for running the place and taking care of residents, as well as the CNAs for being great people. However, the benefits package is lacking, with no retirement benefits for employees who have worked there for decades. Additionally, there is an occasional call off, which can make days rough. Employees also enjoy the lunch and pay, but dislike when residents die. Finally, they report that they are constantly short staffed and don't have the proper equipment to do their job. The pay is decent, but there are no benefits other than PTO and the insurance is too high.Employee Reviews for Premier
2.41 out of 5 stars. Based on 29 reviews
Employees have mixed reviews about working for Premier Pros. Many mention enjoying the residents and staff, but there are also complaints about poor management, unprofessionalism, micromanaging, lack of benefits, bed bugs, and gossip. Advice to management includes treating the residents equally, staying up to state guidelines, fully investigating gossip before making judgement calls, and showing employees they matter.Healthcare Nearby

Ivy Hall is in a place you’d never think to notice, but it also means it is convenient to get to. I have visited my dear friend in various places since her stroke, and this one finally feels right. She looks out on grass with deer grazing in the morning. She has been very pleased with it. The staff are very nice.
If you are wanting person centered care for your loved one where their needs are primary this is not THE option. If you are ok with Just getting assisted living ok. But hire someone to watch your loved one while here. It’s basically how they care for your loved. Hire a sitter! Care lacked safety and kindness. Just a number! Just a sale
Mom and Dad really like it here. It's smaller, more intimate, and the care and social activities are excellent. Dad had a stroke, and was in the hospital then Rehab. The management and care staff really stepped up to make sure Mom was always around people, as opposed to staying in her room to mope.
