Staff and Training
Our staff includes a range of professionals who are trained to support the needs of our residents in a non-medical retirement community setting. Training is comprehensive and ongoing to ensure the highest level of care and support.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we lock the doors between 8:00pm-8:30pm. Each apartment is equipped with emergency pull cords, and some residents also wear an emergency call button. These alert our office and the managers or assistant managers who live on-site and are on duty during emergencies.
Transition Support Services
We offer on-site PT/OT and Speech Therapy, along with an on-site home care provider that can be hired for as few as 15-minute intervals to aid residents' transition into the community.
Transportation Services
Complimentary transportation is available Monday through Friday for shopping, errands, outings, and medical appointments.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience includes all 3 meals every day, served restaurant-style in our dining room.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Managers are always available for any questions or concerns. Additionally, our Resident Relations phone number is posted for residents to reach out to our home office.
Cost of Living
Our rent is all-inclusive, with 2024 Market Rates ranging between $3,145-$5,745 per month. We offer 50 different floor plans.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain communication with residents' families, reaching out to the emergency contact should an issue arise.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer 30-day leases and a Free 3-4 day Trial Stay for potential residents to experience our community.

We have hosted COVID and FLU shot clinics to ensure the health and safety of our residents.
