Sherry Belcher is the Administrator of Integrity Healthcare of Cobden. She has twenty-two years experience in healthcare. She has a degree in Social Work and is working on her Masters. She is a certified Dementia Practitioner. Sherry’s primary goal is to help her residents to reach their full potential. She is a ‘hands on’ administrator and it isn’t uncommon to find her outside of her office, doing things that need to be done throughout the facility. Leading by example is her motto and she practices that on a daily basis.
When she isn’t working, Sherry says “I enjoy raising two handsome boys, Nate and Reese!” She loves attending all their sports functions. Sherry is devoted to her community and is a member of the Delta Theta Tau Sorority.
Integrity Healthcare of Cobden is filled with very special people and it takes more special staff to provide their care. The facility specializes in behavioral health services, providing skilled services for long and short term stays and providing respite care for short times. The facility has an expert team of therapists providing physical, occupation and speech therapy services. In addition to short term respite care, the facility offers short term rehab to home services. The facility has a special contract with the Veterans Administration to provide care to our veterans and they are certified by Medicare and by Medicaid.
Integrity Healthcare of Cobden, a behavioral health facility, is located on the south side of this small agriculture based community. Known for the Cobden Appleknockers and an annual Peach Festival, Cobden also sits in the heart of the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail. Families that live in and around Cobden know each other and when somebody needs help, they all join together to provide that needed assistance.
