Hope Mills Retirement Center (HMRC) is a family owned assisted living center for senior adults. Pat Piner established HMRC in 1988. Fifteen years prior she operated Hope Mills Rest Home. We provide an alternative for seniors who need more assistance in their lives but do not require the full time medical attention associated with costly skilled nursing centers or continuous home care. We provide housing and services when it is no longer safe or practical for a senior adult to live alone in their home. HMRC offers individualized care based on what the doctor has determined is needed, what the senior adult wants and what the family requests. This includes help with bathing, dressing and medication management; as well as, providing three meals a day, providing snacks throughout the day and having weekly recreational activities. HMRC does not have Alzheimers residents or locked units
