Wow! My mother loves Honeybee home it’s clean , comfortable, and they make great meals 3 times a day with snacks if you want it. and will make almost any thing for my mother to eat.My mother gets the best care , with assistance with baths , walking , laundry done folded or hung on hanger, they clean the rooms and change bed linen. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. If my mother calls the staff is Johnny on the spot to take care of her needs. Her bedroom is very comfortable, but the living area is large , open so you can see the staff and the staff can see you , a very safe place for my mother I don’t have to worry about her, and when I visit my mother is always saying good things about Honeybees and to have my mother here and I don’t have to worry about her is priceless.
Honeybee Home was a great home for my mother's final days. The staff gave special individual care with as much love as if she was their own mother. I can not express the appreciation I feel for the owner and the staff for their care of my Mom. Hospice was also a great help and worked hand in hand with the owner Trish Rippie and staff at Honeybee Home. Always a warm and caring atmosphere radiated in the house where the elders were treated with dignity and total concern for their well being. Thanks for everything.
Beautiful caring caregivers that take you in as family. Mom took her last breath there today. It was sad for me, but they gave so much support. The home is so loving and warm. And its a beautiful home as well. The rooms are spacious and the encourage you to make your or your loved ones own. I'm so thankful to the person who told me about them.If you find yourself in the situation where you need this type of care they are the best. This home was started for the owners mother's needs. That says it all.
I don’t know what my Father and I would do without Trish Rippie and her HoneyBee Home.We found The HoneyBee in January of 2015 and my Father has happily lived there ever since. I’m proud to know that I’m taking good care of my Father and I beam with that pride whenever I tell my family and friends about my Father’s life at The HoneyBee.When you step into The HoneyBee, you step into a large living room with overstuffed sofas and easy chairs that’s welcoming, just like the staff. Whenever my Father is down-in-the-dumps, the staff makes him laugh and he becomes his old self again. The HoneyBee is a private residence with 10 private rooms, each with their own bathroom. Meals are served in the dining room, and guests are always invited to share the meal, that’s been home-cooked by the staff, using whole foods and the Resident’s favorite recipes and condiments.Debbie Blanchard is the Head of the Household and is responsible for oversight of the staff and the care of every Resident, which she takes very seriously, going out of her way to be kind, gentle, and understanding to everyone.Trish and the staff decorate The HoneyBee for every occasion, using the “more is better” philosophy... there’s no doubt that it’s Valentine’s Day or St Patrick’s Day at The HoneyBee; Christmas is really festive! And, the staff celebrates each resident’s Birthday, including Mother’s Day & Father’s Day.My name is Sharen Jean Olsen and my Father is Jaren Jean Olsen and when you visit the HoneyBee, you’ll meet my Father and... you’ll meet me too, if I'm in town visiting Dad.
My grandmother was not able to live independently anymore and we looked for an assisted living place for her. She didn't want to go, not knowing what to expect, but after she got there and got to know the wonderful staff, she became part of the family there. Everyone at the facility treated her with kindness and respect during the whole time she lived there. When she passed away, the staff comforted our family and made the whole situation more tolerable. Thank you to everyone for caring for her.
You hear so many sad stories about senior care facilities, so we were very happy to have our mother at the Honeybee Home. She was happy there. The staff is very attentive and caring. The rooms are good-sized and each has a half bath. We felt that Mother was in good hands and were confident that the staff was giving her all the care and support that she needed. A very well-run facility and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe place for their loved one.
One of the most difficult decisions adults will ever make is to move a parent into an assisted living or long-term care facility. My family and I were fortunate to find the Honeybee Home in Pahrump when my Mother needed a helping hand. Owner/Operator Trish Rippie is a special person who takes the time to get to know all of her residents and their families. Likewise, Manager Debbie is a caring and concerned professional who has been with the Honeybee Home nearly 20 years, providing the kind of continuity that other assisted living facilities can only wish they had. Many seniors resist long-term care, but I know that my Mother actually enjoyed her time at the facility. I can heartily recommend the Honeybee Home in Pahrump.
My grandmother lived here for several years and really liked the staff and other residents. My family always enjoyed visiting with her and even though she passed away years ago we are friends with the owner and staff. Great facility run by great people. Highly recommend this place.
I recently visited Honeybee Home with a friend who was volunteering her time. I was very impressed with the home-style and welcoming feel as we entered, and it appeared to be very clean and well maintained. I had the opportunity to visit with some of the residents and they all seemed to be happy and well-cared for.I would definitely recommend this facility if an elderly loved one needed a place to live in a safe and comfortable home.
I visit Honeybee Home in Pahrump, NV regularly. I really enjoy my visits with the residents and the staff. The staff really understands the difficulties of transitioning to a care home and they help residents and their families through that and then they provide excellent continued care. It is really like one big "home".I would refer any of my family members there and would like them to take me there if needed.
