ASSISTED LIVING Rates
HOW ARE ASSISTED LIVING RATES CALCULATED?
Rates for assisted living are based on two parts. The first is a room and board rate based on the apartment style you select. The second is a care level fee based on the resident’s specific care needs. You’ll find more information on both fees below.

Your monthly room and board rate will be based on the unit type you select.

CARE LEVEL MONTHLY FEES
Prior to moving in, our caregiving team will perform a health assessment for each new resident. During the care assessment, the team will assess the resident to determine what needs they may have and collaborate with the resident and their family to develop a care plan based upon the information gathered from the assessment and the resident. Based on the agreed upon care plan, a care level and fee will be determined. All care plans are routinely evaluated which may adjust the fee from time to time.

Respite (or short-term) stays allows caregivers to receive a much- needed break. Respite stays are limited by apartment availability, so please contact our team to confirm your short-stay.
A second person can stay in a memory care apartment. The second person fee does not include care services. Should the second person require care or memory support, additional fees may be incurred.

Memory care is designed specifically for seniors with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Memory care rates listed below include care, lodging, three meals a day and other services.**
