It was so awesome to find an urgent care clinic in Miles City, Montana in my hour of need with seasonal allergies while traveling cross country. I went to the ER because I didn't think this town had a walk in clinic or urgent care.  They told me they did have a walk in clinic on the opposite side of the ER.  I'm so glad!Nice folks, super clean, and only other people here are also suffering from allergies. I posted photos for you.

I was on a month long road trip through the west and enjoying hiking and camping.  Unfortunately, I fell and fractured my wrist at Theodore Roosevelt National Park.  The park ranger recommended I go to a walk-in ER clinic in Miles City, Montana.  I have to say that the attentive care I received from the walk-in clinic was incredible. The registration employee was efficient and sweet. The nursing staff was funny and made me feel comfortable.  I was called back quickly and seen by a PA named Siobhan.  She was so patient, helpful, resourceful, and informative.  My case was complicated because I was traveling so needed orthopedic consultation from a practitioner "down the road" for possible surgery.  She wrote all her notes down for me, made phone calls for me, and advocated for me.  The facility was clean and the waiting room was comfortable.  I highly recommend this facility.

I was born at the Holy Rosary Hospital nearly 78 years ago. After returning "home", happy to know they're still in the business of quality health care.

I went there last night and told them I think I have a slipped disk. Finally after hours another doctor came in and woke me up and told me that I have a bacterial in my blood and it caused an abscess in my back and that is was causing me to be able to walk. So I asked wat does that mean, is it fatel? And the doctor said yes, but we still gunna have me do a CT scan so we will know how to keep you comfortable for time being. So I had to call my girlfriend, siblings, close friends, and other family members and tell them I'm in the hospital and they should prepare themselves for me to pass, and explain to them why the doctor says I'm not going to make it. I ha to have my siblings tell my mother because I couldn't bring myself to my mother that she is going to have to bury her child of 25 years. So everyone that was informed were packing up and getting ready to come see me and say there there good byes. After almost 24 hours of waiting for my results to come back on only meds to help with my pain "keeping me comfortable" I figured these were my final days because if what I had was treatable I would if been started on antibiotics by now but just pain meds. Finally they come in with my results and he said I have a slipped disk!! EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD THEM WHEN I CAME IN!! They had me convinced I was going to die, the WORST hospital I've ever been to!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Holy Rosary should be proud of their level of service rarely available at small, critical access hospitals.Holy Rosary was there for both of my Parents throughout and at the end of their lives and my Family will always be grateful for the additional years we enjoyed with them that their staff helped provide.

So my husband got hurt at work, a large steel pipe smashed against his wrist. He had an open wound with dirt in it. After waiting they came in with results of x Ray saying everything was fine nothing was broken or fractured. Did they clean his dirty open wound? Nope walked right out of there they literally never touched it. Didn’t clean it or wrap it what so ever. A week goes by and my husband is STILL in pain we get a second opinion from a different doctor and what do you know he has a fracture. DO NOT GET X RAYS DONE HERE! This isn’t the first time they have been wrong I promise. I can only speak about our experience but please just go to Billings if you think it’s bad.

My father recently passed away. Holy Rosary was not our first choice but it was the nearest hospital from where we lived with the medical resources needed in an emergency. He started in the emergency room where they refused to let me back, the office lady stared me dead in the eyes as she called a code blue for my dad over the speaker. He was immediately transferred to the icu intibated. We went 2 hours in a crammed room before I finally had to call and ask what was happening with my father when they told us it should only be a few minutes. It took about 15 more minutes for someone to come out and talk to us. When the doctor finally came out he told us a list of things he think could of happened and told us it still wouldn't be a good idea to see him. Half an hour later I was fed up all I wanted was to see my dad when I had to call again and basically beg to go see him. The nurses and doctor had ZERO sympathy. We felt so uncomfortable and so uninformed. The doctor then referred us to hospice. We refused because he couldn't tell us why. We later decided to take him off of life support. We didn't hear a sorry for your loss once. We couldn't say our final goodbyes without the staff staring down our backs. We finally had to yell at them to give us some privacy. When we were on our way out they were all laughing in their little "office area" and quickly stopped when we walked passed. In the hallway on our way out of the hospital without our father some lady opened the door showing us his lifeless body laying there. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. They wouldn't even receive one star if it gave me an option. ALSO two hours later we received a call asking for his eyes and skin because he was a donor. When we denied the request the lady on the phone had the nerve to ask us what we had against blind people and refused to take no for an answer until we finally hung up on her! ZERO SYMPATHY. To them it was nothing more then a job.
