Morgan County is so blessed to have wonderful, caring people....a Special Thank You to Beth Benjamin for going above and beyond......you take such pride in your work....
My mom moved to Legacy Lane at Highland Oaks a little over a year ago. The staff has been so supportive and caring. My mom is happy. My husband and I are happy! What impresses me the most is how well the staff works together. They all have a relationship with the residents and help each other out. The handling of the covid pandemic has been phenomenal also. So many thanks, hugs and love to all at Highland Oaks. 💕
Thank you all so much for the great care that you provided for my Dad. The wonderful friendship and support for him and Mother has made this difficult time so much easier. It was always reassuring to know that he was receiving the best care by people that loved him. Thank you all so much.
The helpful and courteous staff promptly setup a Skype video call for me with my brother. The call was expertly focused with clear reception. He looked so well, handsome and shaven at a moments notice. They had no idea I was calling today. My sister and I swear that if we ever needed the services this is the only place we would go! This is a fabulous facility with exceptional quality caring staff.Thank you for finding this way for me to see my brother during this time when we all must stay home unable to visit Charles Hutchinson.
Anytime anyone can be a part of an elderly's life is a reward in itself and you receive such a blessing from it. I loved the opportunity to work with the elderly for 25 years and even though I am retired I seek the opportunity to interact with them. You can learn a lot from them if you just give them some time and listen.
My grandmother is currently spending her last days at Highland Oaks. She is the mother of 6 children so, needless to say, there are a bunch of us visiting. The staff has been so incredibly kind. They have made us comfortable by opening one of their private lounge areas for us, providing us meals, snacks and even beds. The nurses and aides have been so helpful and sweet -- rubbing grandma's back, stopping by after sifts to sit with her, and even providing their own lotion when they notice her skin was dry. I am so thankful that grandma is spending her last moments in such a caring, warm place. We simply could not have asked for better hospitality and understanding.
