Under staff, and while my mother inlaw was in there she was not taken care of,my wife was there every nite, up until she died, and she went 6 hours with out being checked on. There was one nurse that did her job and found my mother in law laying in a wet bed wet cloth. She was mad and upset. She got her changed. I was in there and they put her food in the window seal. She can't walk or get out of bed. Really. And that coast over 300 a day. We will never forget. But to the one girl who cared we will never forget you...
My mother has been cared for at Heritage Health Care in Chanute for almost 7 months now. The staff has been very kind and personable. Life is challenging sometimes for my mother and she has had many ups and downs but I've felt that the staff has genuinely cared for my mother and kept trying different things to try and meet her needs. My brother made a good choice when he chose Heritage for her care.
