This historic location was the first senior care facility built by Heritage, and it has continued to make owners and community members proud. Locals know that our nursing home is tucked away on 700 East Walnut Street and that they’re always welcome to visit.

    Many of our residents need skilled therapy after an incident, illness, or hospital stay. We are a Medicare-certified senior community and are known for our successful physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs that enable our seniors to regain strength and return home.
