- Assistance with 4-7 medications daily
- Standby assistance with transfers, dressing and bathing
- Monthly Assessment- vital signs, weight and skin
- Diabetic Management- Level One - oral medication, finger-stick glucose checks less than daily
Silver Package: Additional $1000.00 per month
- Assistance with 8-12 medications daily
- One person assist with transfers, dressing and bathing
- Weekly treatments - vital sign, weight and skin
- Staff assisted oxygen or respiratory therapy treatments
- Diabetic Management- Level Two - oral medications, finger-stick glucose checks once or twice daily
Gold Package: Additional $1500.00 per month
- Assistance with 13 or more medications daily
- Maximum assistance of 1-2 people with transfers, dressing and bathing
- Management of incontinence, indwelling catheters
- Daily assessments or treatments - vital signs, weight and skin
- Diabetic Management- Level Three - insulin injections once or twice daily

In the Assisted Living we staff certified CNA’s and CMA, one RN and one Certified AL Director.
Safety and Well-being Measures
For the Assisted Living we provide 24 hour monitoring of all residents based on the specific level of care is deemed necessary.
Transition Support Services
We allow home health, hospice or any other service deemed necessary for each resident.
Transportation Services
We can provide a list of agencies we use for transportation as this would be a private expense paid out of pocket.
Dining Experience
In the Assisted living, we have a dining room that we encourage them to take meals in but if preferred they can eat in their rooms.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Complaints or issues can be reported to a care staff or directly to the Director and all are addressed as soon as possible.
Cost of Staff and Accommodation
We have 4 options that range between 2800 up to 4500 per apartment. With three levels of care ranging from 500-1500.

The families are well informed about their loved ones' well beings, most of our residents make their own decisions.
