Includes medication management, stand-by assistance or verbal cueing for activities of daily living (ADLs).
Enhanced Care Services - $600
Includes medication management and hands-on assistance with up to 3 activities of daily living (ADLs). ADL services may include bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and other support. Coordination of care services such as hospice, home health, etc.
Comprehensive Care Services - $1,200
Includes medication management and hands-on assistance with 4 or more activities of daily living (ADLs), and/or ADLs requiring 2 person assistance. Additional support for residents requiring daily redirection to address persistent conditions of anxiety, aggression or exit-seeking. Coordination of care services such as hospice, home health, etc.
