Employee Reviews for Americare in Boonville, Missouri

3.75 out of 5 stars. Based on 4 reviews

Americare in Boonville, MO is a great place to work with a positive atmosphere and supportive team. Employees appreciate the understanding and cutting edge culture of the company, as well as the opportunities for growth and development. The caregivers are encouraged to voice their opinions and ideas, and are valued for their hard work and dedication. The only downside is that the pay is lower than other fast food and retail stores in the area, and is the lowest paying elder care facility in the county. Despite this, employees still appreciate the free lunch and great atmosphere. Working with the residents is a great experience, but employees are not as satisfied with the management. Overall, employees feel that Americare is a great place to work, but that the pay could be better.

Working in the healthcare field, I am overjoyed at the level of personal and individual care that my mother receives at Hartmann Village. She considers Hartmann Village, her home. The staff truly cares about my mother, and meeting her unique needs. Even though I live out of state, the staff makes sure I have peace of mind, and always treats me like their family, not a client. The facility is welcoming and beautiful, but the staff is what makes Hartmann Village feel like home. I highly recommend Hartmann Village.
