I needed a nice place for my mom that has dementia. Mom couldn’t live alone anymore and we needed help with the daily care. I reached out and took a tour. Everyone I met was very friendly. I was so happy to see all the residents interacting and enjoying themselves. I knew this was the place for her. She has lived there since they opened and would recommend it.
We love this place. My sister and I were looking for an active lifestyle for our parents. We toured about 5 different places and this was the best place for our parents. We bring the family to the pool every weekend and eat dinner in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and always stop to talk to us. The kids love the pinball machines too.
I loved the amenities that this new place had to offer and went to tour the place. I walked in and there was no security and nobody at the front desk. I have watched in the 4 months that they have been open and realized that they cannot keep people, turnover is unbelievable. I Googled HarborChase employee reviews and Harborchase lawsuits and realized that it was no place for loved ones. I talked with an associate preacher at Bellevue Baptist Church that put his mother here and took her out after a month due to not so good care of his mother.
The worst staff at any assisted living. No ethics, no morals and no pride. Do not enter into a contract with these lying thieves. Theresa Jarvis is a despicable human being and would rather lie than tell the truth. There is a special eternal burning spot in hell for her type. Christy Browning will help put a toe tag on your loved ones for close to $5000 a month. Musical contracts, changing medical reports, lying to patients about fees, abusing memory care patients, over medicating patients because they are short of staff. Almost 2 hours late on meals, nobody at front desk, no security guard and no locks on doors in the facility. Pretty on outside/ twilight zone on inside.
