Hacienda Villas is a nonprofit community located in the heart of Tampa’s historic Ybor City. We are a loving, culturally diverse community that relishes the close ties we share with Tampa’s history. This facility was originally constructed in the 1960s by a group of Tampa natives intending to provide a comfortable home to seniors who could not afford to pay much. This tradition carries on to the present day, as we continue to maintain a nonprofit community specializing in HUD housing.
Through our quality of care, service, and a warm loving environment, we provide a lifestyle meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents with a spirit of excellence.
Our goal is to touch the lives of our residents and their families. Everything we do, from serving meals to caring for residents, is governed by the statement above. Let our family care for yours.
