What types of apartments are available?
We offer eight types of one bedroom and six types of two bedroom apartments with square footage from 432 to 1392.
What does it cost to become part of the community?
Residents pay a one-time entrance fee based upon the size of your residence and the refund plan that is chosen. Should you decide to leave the community, the refund that is due to you or your family will be returned. A monthly service fee will be determined based upon the size of the residence and the number of occupants. It covers one meal a day, all utilities except phone/internet, bi-weekly housekeeping, security, interior and exterior maintenance, complimentary scheduled transportation, social, recreational and wellness programs.
Will the monthly service fees go up?
Yes, it is reasonable to expect annual increases in the monthly service fee to offset increases in the cost of utilities, staff salaries, and operating expenses. Historically, the average increase is between three to five percent.
Can I afford this?
You may be surprised at just how affordable living at Gulf Coast Village is! As each situation is unique, our Life Plan Counselors will work with you to do an affordability evaluation.
