My family member was cared for in this home and was very well looked after. Every time I went to visit she was always dressed, clean and in the sitting room. Also, she had a lovely room there which is nice and bright and was always very clean. I am extremely grateful to Greenfield Senior Living!

My mom has been a resident since April, 2016 and has always received excellent care. The staff is very caring and involved with the residents. Lyle, the activities director, does a fabulous job planning many activities for the residents to get involved in. Crystal and some of the other girls (sorry I don't know all your names!) are also wonderful and attentive, making sure everyone looks and feels great, from hairstyling to manicures! The director, Janeas and nurse Susie are always ready to give me their undivided attention if I have any questions or concerns. Susie is phenomenal in keeping me updated on changes in my mom's care or medications. I wish I knew everyone by name (shame on me!) because you are all great at what you do! Would definitely recommend !

Without the staff’s care and attentiveness to my father, I’m not sure how we would have handled placing dad in a home away from home. It is clean and the residents are clean, safe and comfortable. Dad would have approved of the place where he had his final days. Lena, Jessica, Amanda, Rhoda, Lauren and Tessa are all angels. In the few visits I had there, once all day, I witnessed each one of these ladies caring for my Dad in some way or another. Not only did I witness his care, but I saw the patience and kindness they showed each individual there as well. A memory care facility is not your normal facility. They are trained to understand and pay attention to those that cannot think normally or express themselves. They see and respond to the needs of the residents there. They are on a schedule and keep a routine which is very important to those with memory issues. I just cannot say enough about them. They take residents who others have dismissed or will not take at all. I am thankful to God to have them and not only did they take care of Dad, they counseled snd listened and educated us as we needed. They showed just as much compassion to us as they did Dad during his stay. I hope I am blessed enough if I need a place to go if such an Illness strikes me, I can be there. Thank you Brenda for your insight, knowledge and compassion and for the example you set around you. You all will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you…. And be blessed.

We visited residential facilities, we visited facilities that had all levels of care, and we found that we felt at home at Reflections of Strasburg. The Executive Director, Janeas, was so warm and welcoming. Her staff is very caring and compassionate. The biggest bonus for us was allowing my father to enter the facility with his beloved dog. My father’s aid, Edith, loves the dog and will bring him treats and gives him a bath when my father has his bath. Everyone at Reflections of Strasburg loves Dad and Piper and go out of their way to express this. The activities are engaging and Lyle, the Activities Director, makes sure to invite dad to go on the bus rides and participate in the daily activities. We have observed that the nursing staff is very attentive to the needs of each individual resident. Personally, we have been notified and are encouraged to participate in decisions if there is a change in Dad's health status and/or medication. Having such a conscientious staff gives us great peace of mind. Dad truly seems content and at home here. The staff is so warm and welcoming and they truly seem to love the residents. I’ve seen staff there on weekends bringing their children in to visit the residents. This warms my heart.
