My mom moved in 3 years ago at first we were happy. Then the present executive director took over since then things have gone down hill. I really believe that the staff starting at the top are not interested in running a nursing home. Security is the worst. You can walk in off the street and never be stopped this includes in the middle of the night. The food is horrible basically they heat up frozen meals maintenance does not know a screwdriver from a hammer. And don’t even get me started about corporate they do not care and will never call you back. I am moving my mom out to a nice secure home. My advice is do not put your loved ones in this dump.
Greenfield is a beautiful place! Their staff is very caring. I just wish they were closer to our desired location. But I can’t say enough good things about them. Stephanie, one of the administrators at Greenfield spent so much time with me helping to make good decisions for my mother. Frankly this was something she didn’t have to do, but went out of her way to help. It’s good to know people like Stephanie are there to help with our loved ones! Thank you and all the best.
I couldn't have asked for a better home for my grandmother during her stay. The staff at the memory care of Greenfield were always so accommodating and cared for her like she was family. They kept in constant contact to keep me informed of her condition and it was a very warm and welcoming environment. The facilities were clean and up to date. Thank you to Michelle Shirley and the rest of the staff for all you did for my grandmother and I.
