Rehabilitation Services and AmenitiesGreen Hill Rehabilitation And Care offers a comprehensive range of rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Patients receive individualized attention from experienced professionals to help them reach their highest level of functioning. The facility features an on-site gym with state-of-the-art equipment and a pool for physical rehabilitation, as well as occupational therapists to assist with daily tasks and speech therapists to aid in communication difficulties. However, they do have some complaints about the benefits package being pricey, no longer offering bonuses, and the 401k match decreasing. Employees also note that the company does not always listen to their needs and that the leadership can be rude and disrespectful to residents. Advice to management includes listening to employees, offering retirement packages, providing more supplies, and making sure to show appreciation to all employees.

This is a great place for rehab or Long term care if needed. everyone is really caring and compassionated to our family and treat them like one of their own. . My Grandmother really enjoyed her stay here. would definitely recommend this place for short term rehab or long term care needs.
