    Employees of Exceptional Living Centers generally have positive things to say about their experience working there. They appreciate the flexible schedules, fair wages, and nice environment. However, they do have some complaints about the benefits package being pricey, no longer offering bonuses, and the 401k match decreasing.     The place it's self is nice, but there was alot of nats everywhere in the rooms and around their food and drinks. The CNAs are what keep that place going. Those girls deserve so much more than what they are getting. Those CNAs are the ones who need to be in management.

    This is a great place for rehab or Long term care if needed. everyone is really caring and compassionated to our family and treat them like one of their own. . My Grandmother really enjoyed her stay here. would definitely recommend this place for short term rehab or long term care needs.
