    Welcome to Grant Center. We are pleased that you are visiting our website to learn about us and how we may assist you. We are located right off of I-75 in Williamstown, Kentucky, directly behind the local hospital. We offer short-term rehab and long-term care for our guests. Our facility has the skill set to care for patients with wound vacs, trachs, orthopedic needs, tube feedings, and cardiac needs as well as those recovering from a stroke. Our staff is compassionate and caring and we treat every guest like family. We take great pride in helping patients with their short-stay rehabilitation or long-term life transition.
