Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
No current waitlist, we have vacancies.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Each position undergoes specialized training from our parent company Five Star Senior Living.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We do not have a security guard, but our building is closely monitored and each resident’s safety is taken very seriously, we have many caregivers on hand.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
I’m not sure what you mean by this question? We have on-site physical therapists, activities directors here daily.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We do offer transportation to and from our community and the cost is included.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
Our dining room is beautiful with sweeping views of the Dells and a fireplace, we have meals three times a day and that cost is included.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
We have a Resident council that helps elevate concerns to our leadership.
What is the cost of living in your community?
Depends on the room size and level of care, rooms range from studio size ($3,595 a month) to two bedrooms ($5,545 a month) depending on location and size, level of care is assessed by our nursing staff and there is a cost for Level one up to Level four of care ($1000 up to $2,600).
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Residents' families are welcome into the building after signing in, if there are any concerns with a resident about care we definitely keep the family informed.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Our respite rate is higher than normal lease rates and is for 30 days, the rate depends on the room and level of care.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
We are pet friendly and it is a one-time fee of $500 per pet.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes, we offer vaccinations but they are not mandatory.
Are residents able to age in place?
We are constantly assessing needs, if a resident for example is independent but then needs assistive care they can stay in their apartment and be given assisted living, the only time a move is required is if it is into memory care unit.
We are tucked away right next to the Granite Dells. We have beautiful views and resort living. Independent, assisted, and memory care. We have Studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments and a penthouse!
