No matter your age, our Rehab-to-Home services can help you bounce back from surgery, injury or sickness. At the onset of rehabilitation, a collaborative team comprised of an individual, family members, therapists and nurses come together to create tailored goals and treatment plans. The duration of one's visit can be tailored to meet personal requirements. ABCM homes provide Rehab-to-Home services as an economical solution to a prolonged hospital stay.

Skilled Nursing

At ABCM Corporation's Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers, 24-hour care is offered to individuals who require assistance due to physical, emotional or mental conditions. At all of our ABCM locations, we offer a range of specialized services and skilled nursing care. Our long-term care centers provide comprehensive support to ensure the highest quality of life for those in need.

Grandview Health Care Center offers a comprehensive range of physical therapy services, providing quality outpatient rehabilitation. Our physical therapists are experienced in treating a wide range of conditions, from orthopedic injuries and post-operative rehabilitation to neurological and chronic pain management. We also offer therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance. Grandview Health Care Center provides state-of-the-art amenities and equipment for the comfort and convenience of our patients.

Skilled Nursing Services and Amenities

Grandview Health Care Center offers 24-hour skilled nursing care, long-term care, rehab-to-home services, and transitional care. Physical, occupational, and speech therapies are available along with a restorative care program. Around-the-clock admissions are available and residents can benefit from evaluation and care planning. They report feeling like part of a family and appreciate their residents and some coworkers. However, they also report that the facility administration and directors do not handle complaints or issues properly, do not appreciate hard working employees, and do not address or correct bad or lazy employees. Additionally, employees report that there is a lack of communication between department managers and administration, a lack of problem solving with slips/trips/falls, code status not being updated properly, and care plans not being updated in a timely manner. Despite these issues, employees still report that the pay is ok.

Employees of ABCM Corporation generally have positive things to say about their experience working there. Many appreciate the great residents, decent pay, free food, flexible scheduling, and team-oriented environment. They also appreciate the company's investment in its employees and the small community and facility. However, there are some drawbacks to working at ABCM Corporation. These include medical issues of staff being overlooked or ignored, management being condescending and rude, not being able to use PTO until you've worked a year, staffing shortages, poor communication, not enough pay, hours getting cut if census is low, too much workload for one person, lack of communication with bedside caregivers, favoritism, and negative employees. Employees have suggested that management should be better about listening and being compassionate with employees, consider their nursing staff and provide opportunity to avoid burnout, pay employees what they are worth, offer better incentives to keep better employees, and have a supervisor on each shift randomly.
