Many appreciate the great residents, decent pay, free food, flexible scheduling, and team-oriented environment. They also appreciate the company's investment in its employees and the small community and facility. However, there are some drawbacks to working at ABCM Corporation. These include medical issues of staff being overlooked or ignored, management being condescending and rude, not being able to use PTO until you've worked a year, staffing shortages, poor communication, not enough pay, hours getting cut if census is low, too much workload for one person, lack of communication with bedside caregivers, favoritism, and negative employees.
