Don't believe what you see about this place just because it looks nice.My grandfather was admitted in here by Moms siblings supposedly because of good care . Against my parents better judgment Mom read on it and felt their policies were just not right. Being concern , we called for grandpas progress and they wouldn't tell us as part of their policy . In less than a week mother was notified he had fallen while under their care and needed immediately hip surgery.Mom was right something is not right about this home !

Looks can be deceiving. Had my step dad here for only 24 hrs. His room had a malfunctioning air conditioner. And they said they couldn't get anyone out there till the next day. So next day came, ac still was malfunctioning and then I was told there was a $2000 move in fee that they "FORGOT" to tell me about. Are you serious. Forget!!! Good eye opener thou. Don't trust this place or any other for that matter.

My family and I are extremely grateful for Ericka and her staff during this difficult season in our parents lives. They have not only cared for their medical needs, but have taken an interest in them as people. That has meant the world to us, to know our parents are loved in our absence. Vanessa has been a god sent an angel on earth. Diana not only ensures the residents have a balanced diet, but also knows how to put smiles on their faces with her personal relationships with each and all of the residents. May you all be blessed for all thst you pour out. It isn't easy.

My brother was extremely fortunate to be cared for by the staff at Good Life, El Paso. He was treated with dignity, compassion, and received the utmost care. The facility is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. As a family, we couldn't have asked for more for our brother.

My mother is here for a year! The place and the staff is a blessing. They take very good care of all their residents! They show love and spend time with their residents. The families of the residents show love to all! My mother is always guarded against falls!

Better than the previous place her POA, placed her. Senior abuse. But, care needs to be upgraded. Hospitalized 3 times in 3 months: UTI, preventable; dehydrated, preventable; fell,preventable. Another accident and we will have to bring charges.

Have had several friends take their parents with Dementia to care for them at this facility and found them to have died few months later.I am adding this second paragraphJust to let you know 3 days after I wrote this review my grandpa supposedly fell and broke his hip
