I have worked at the Larimore Good Samaritan for the past 35 years. I have always felt they have treated their staff fairly and it has been a good place to work . The care that is given to our resident I feel is above and beyond your typical nursing home. I have had members of my family as resident and the care they received was excellent. We are not just co- worker and resident we are a family.
They don't take care of there staff, and don't supply them with what they need to take care of there residents. If you love your family member do not bring them to Larimore good sam.1 staff member to 15 residents, more office people than the budget can afford 🤔 the place is a joke
The most caring, professional, and concerned staff possible. My mother was a resident in the complex for 8 years (4 in assisted living , 4 in Nursing home). In both areas the service and care was remarkable. From the Administrator to every other staff member my mother's needs were always met. Much is to be said for a faith based center of care. During our mother'sfinal days it was not unusual for staff members to come in while off duty to check on mom
