    Gilman Healthcare Center is a 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located at the crossroads of Gilman just off Interstate 57. We are committed to achieving excellence in both nursing and rehabilitative services. Our interdisciplinary approach focuses on functional outcomes and successful discharges to the communities of Iroquois, Champaign, Ford, Vermilion, and Kankakee counties. Since opening its doors in 1969, the facility has grown from a 49-bed facility to a 99-bed, 100% Medicare/Medicaid Certified facility. For over 40 years, Gilman Healthcare Center has cared for our community members who need 24-hour skilled nursing care and rehabilitation, returning loved ones to their homes. In recent years it has added a beautiful, massive dining room and a state-of-the-art therapy gym.
